We currently ship within the United States only.

Production Time

Each ornament is made to order and customized specifically for you.
Production time is 2–3 business days.
This includes personalization, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
